Plumbing Manager We currently have an opportunity available in Laurel, MD (servicing the DC Metro area). The Plumbing Manager will oversee the hiring terminating, scheduling, training and counseling of all plumbing department staff. In addition to these duties, the Plumbing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided as scheduled and all applicable plumbing and local codes and regulations are met. Responsibilities also include directing business activities that achieve service center goals for growth, profitability, safety, and customer/employee satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years management experience, 6-8 years Journeyman level experience in plumbing (unrestricted licensed Journeymen accepted, Master Plumber's license preferred), knowledge of local/national plumbing code and general industry standards. A working knowledge of Prince George County, Howard County and the District of Columbia along with a valid drivers license is necessary.
